1. About Our Store

Don’t Cali My AZ sells apparel and related merchandise through our online store. All products, designs, prices, descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, sizes, images, and descriptions accurately. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, product materials, or product availability.

2. Made-to-Order Products

Our items are made to order. This means your item is produced specifically after your order is placed, and we do not keep ready-to-ship inventory on hand.

Because each item is produced for your order, please carefully review your product selection, size, color/style, quantity, shipping address, and order total before submitting payment.

3. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete, including your name, email address, shipping address, product selections, sizes, colors/styles, and quantities.

Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. Your order is not complete until payment has been approved and received.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order if we believe the order contains incorrect information, suspected fraud, pricing errors, product availability issues, payment problems, or other issues that prevent us from completing the order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders begin processing after payment is received. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.

Shipping times may vary due to production time, carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside our control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

If an order is returned to sender or cannot be delivered due to incorrect customer-provided information, additional charges may apply to reship the order.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Please review your order carefully before submitting payment. Because our items are made to order, all sales are final once production begins.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, wrong color/style selection, wrong quantity selection, incorrect shipping information entered at checkout, or change of mind.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Orders may only be canceled if production has not started. If you need to request a cancellation or correction, contact us as soon as possible at info@dontcalimyaz.com.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect due to a fulfillment issue, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and help resolve the matter.

6. Product Availability

Product availability may change at any time. If an item, size, color, or variant becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we may contact you to offer a replacement, wait for availability, or issue a refund.

7. Promotions and Discounts

Promotions, discount codes, and special offers may be limited by date, product, quantity, or other conditions. We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.

Discounts cannot be applied retroactively unless we choose to do so at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including designs, text, graphics, logos, images, product names, slogans, and branding, is owned by Don’t Cali My AZ or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or use our content without prior written permission.

Purchasing a product does not grant ownership rights in any design, artwork, brand name, slogan, or other intellectual property.
